For those who like to sleep in, we offer a late check-out until 2 pm. This should ideally be booked when making your reservation (fee: EUR 20.00), but should be requested at the latest upon check-in.

Underground parking: Our underground parking garage (€16.00 per night/car) can be reached by coming from Simon-von-Utrecht-Strasse (parallel street to the Reeperbahn). Turn left onto Talstrasse and then immediately right onto Schmuckstrasse. Continue along Schmuckstrasse until you turn left into the next (inconspicuous) entrance. Drive to the end of this entrance, and the underground parking garage at the St. Joseph Hotel in Hamburg is on your right.

Parking in front of the hotel: We offer additional parking spaces (€16.00 per night/car) in the courtyard directly in front of the St. Joseph Hotel Hamburg Reeperbahn (please note that the street "Große Freiheit" is closed to cars from 8 pm to 6 am). After a brief call to reception, we will gladly open the garage door to the hotel for you.

For adapters and power strips, please contact our reception staff. We ask for your understanding that we have a limited number of adapters available and cannot provide them to all guests at the same time.

By car: You can reach St. Joseph Hotel Hamburg Reeperbahn from the south via the A7 motorway from Hanover and the A1 from Bremen, following the signs for "Hamburg Centrum". From the motorway, you will be directed onto "Amsinckstraße", which becomes "Ost-West-Straße". At "Millerntor", turn onto "Reeperbahn", at the end of which "Große Freiheit" branches off to the right.

You can reach us by taking the S1 or S3 S-Bahn to the "Reeperbahn" station. The street "Große Freiheit" is signposted from the S-Bahn station. Tickets and timetables are available online at HVV. The HVV app is considered very helpful by both tourists and residents.

Plane / Train: There are plenty of flight and train connections to Hamburg. At the airport, take the S1 suburban train to the "Reeperbahn" station.

Please note that the "Große Freiheit" is closed daily from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Would you like to send a letter, a package, a bouquet of flowers, or tickets to the St. Joseph Hotel before or during your stay? We are happy to accept your packages or shipments for you. Please include your name along with our hotel name and address so we can process your shipment correctly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following shipments: cash on delivery shipments that must be paid for upon receipt, packages for guests who are not staying with us or for whom there is no reservation, and packages that are picked up by third parties.

The entire hotel is a non-smoking area. In case of violation, we will have to charge a cleaning fee of EUR 350. Please smoke only outside the building.

The smoke detectors in our rooms also react to cigarette smoke. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not cover or remove the detector to avoid false alarms.
